4. Shipping & Delivery:

We currently ship within India only. Processing and delivery timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Once shipped, NIARI By Pri is not responsible for courier delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy. Customized jewelry, personalized designs, and earrings (due to hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return/exchange.
