Returns Policy
1. Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for returns.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
- To help us provide the best customer support, please record an unboxing video with a 360° view of the package from the moment it is opened.

Without this video proof, we will not be able to process claims for damage, missing items, or defects.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and photos.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement if the product is available in stock or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Refunds Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-5 working days.
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for eligible items and are subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective/damaged items verified via unboxing video.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact and securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Cancellations Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return, and the above return policy will apply.
